This township is dubbed to have over projected population of over 32,000 upon completion within the entire residential components. This township can be easily accessible via Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) via the dedicated Kota Kemuning Interchange and Persiaran Anggerik Mokara. Besides that, it is mere minutes driving away to New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Federal Highway, North South Central Link (ELITE) and Kemuning-Shah Alam Expressway (LKSA).
